With Ines VTS you get comprehensive monitoring from a single screen, including management of incoming/outgoing calls, real-time call status (ready, in progress, incident) and display of incoming/outgoing audio levels.

Organize Resources

The user interface offers a logical grouping of resources for alignment with operational and geographical requirements. Resources can be assigned to virtual studios that are accessed by defined user groups. Users can then adjust codec settings and profiles, schedule resources on a booking calendar, access a global address book/call history, and customize on-screen layouts. This creates time and operational efficiencies, and empowers technical teams.

Centralize Coding Profiles

With Ines VTS you can manage a full range of audio profiles (Opus, G722/711, AAC, MPEG2…) and define consistent settings across multiple resources, reducing configuration errors.

Designed to support AETA’s new software codec Virtual Scoop, as well as virtual telephone hybids, Ines VTS allows for easy upscale to software resources with no need to change the platform or interface.

Designed for Windows/Linux operating systems with a web interface for any computer, Ines VTS presents a robust client-server architecture that is suitable for both local and remote infrastructures.

Ines VTS is available as a SaaS service with an annual license, and is adapted to serve the specific operational and technical requirements of each client. A PoC could be required to confirm feasibility relative to specific client requirements.
