INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPAIRS AND RETURNS

Your AETA warranty

Products manufactured by AETA are guaranteed "parts and labor" for one year after the date of purchasing. For this you should provide a proof of purchase. Otherwise, we can still repair your device out of warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping the unit, direct or indirect effects of lightning, excess humidity or misuse of the product.

After Sales Service

How can I have my product repaired?

  1. In many cases, it is not necessary to return your unit. The issue may be solved by a suitable setting, or a device reset. We advise to read carefully the user manual and/or check the "support" section on our web site.
  2. If your unit definitely needs servicing, please contact the dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the product. You can also fill this return form (pdf) and ship it with the unit. The procedure and necessary details are described in the form. The repair time is usually around 2 weeks.
  3. A quotation will be submitted to you shortly. The repair work can only start after acceptance of this quotation.
  4. Payment is due upon ordering the repair, except for customers who have specific payment conditions with AETA.
